Queen: Queen On Air será lançado em novembro

As 24 gravações corridas nas seis sessões da BBC que apresentam a banda Queen no inicio de suas atividades entre os anos de 1973 e 1977 serão lançadas na compilação Queen On Air. As fitas originais foram restauradas por Kris Fredriksson e foram remasterizadas por Adam Ayan, vencedor do Grammy Awards.
Os primeiros registros da nova coletânea trazem o Queen em fevereiro de 1973, cinco meses antes da banda lançar seu primeiro álbum. São gravações inéditas que revelam os primeiros passos de daquela que se tornaria uma das maiores bandas de rock de todos os tempos e de grande apelo artístico e comercial. Foi através do radialista John Peel (1929-2004) que a canção My Fairy King tornou-se a primeira a ser lançada em rádio.
Na edição deluxe especial com 6 CD´s os fãs poderão conferir as seis raras performances da primeira apresentação do Queen no Brasil que aconteceu no Estádio do Morumbi no dia 20 de março de 1981, além de entrevistas durante o período de 1981 a 1986.
Queen On Air também ganhará uma edição especial em vinil triplo.
