O Metallica revelou os detalhes do relançamento de "...And Justice For All", seu quarto disco de estúdio, divulgado originalmente em 1988. Com a novidade, a banda tem o intuito de celebrar o 30° aniversário do álbum.
Com lançamento previsto para o dia 2 de novembro, por meio do selo Blackened Recordings, o relançamento de "...And Justice For All" vai contar com o disco remasterizado na íntegra nas seguintes edições:
- Standard (CD, LP duplo de 180g, fita cassete e digital);
- Expandido (CD triplo e digital);
- Box set deluxe em edição limitada (CDs, LPs, DVDs e colecionáveis ou digital);
A edição expandida contará com demos inéditas, versões em outras mixagens, gravações ao vivo e um booklet com fotos de Ross Halfin. O box set deluxe, de prensagem única, contará com o LP duplo, um picture disc da música "One", três LPs com um show gravado em Seattle no ano de 1989, 11 CDs, 4 DVDs e itens colecionáveis, como um laminado da turnê, folhas com as letras, patches e um livro de 120 páginas com fotos e histórias do período.

A pré-venda começa nesta quinta-feira (6) por meio do site oficial do Metallica. Quem adquirir o relançamento na pré-venda obterá autorização para baixar uma edição remasterizada de "Dyers Eve" (para pedidos standard) ou uma versão ao vivo de "Eye Of The Beholder", gravada em Londres em 1988 (para pedidos expandidos ou deluxe). Um relançamento de "...And Justice For All" é aguardado pelo público há muito tempo, especialmente porque a produção original, de Flemming Rasmussen com o baterista Lars Ulrich e o vocalista/guitarrista James Hetfield, é bastante criticada. A mixagem final apagou o som do baixo de Jason Newsted - até os dias de hoje, o tema é debatido entre fãs da banda.
